Refund policy

All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved within 14 days of purchase. No returns or exchanges will be made for purchases older than 30 days. Email vintajliveshop@gmail.com for a authorization. We will replace any defective item. Product must be in new condition, unopened, and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned, items. A copy of your original receipt must be included in the returned package for proper processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
